Join us for our second year of FREE community yoga in the Van Aken District. Classes will be help on the upper level patio above STUMP, accessible through the back and front of the building via stairwell. Meet us in front of STUMP before class to be lead to our area! We strongly recommend arriving before class begins. Bring your mat and a water – all levels welcome!
Each week we will have a rotating series of Sanctuary instructors as well as our standard classes at the studio. Please stay up to date for weather cancellations, instructor changes, and other news via Instagram stories. Community yoga classes are listed on MindBody but do NOT require sign up. All cancelled classes will show ‘cancelled’ on MindBody. We cant wait to see you in the District!!!
