Craft Collective will feature a collection of beer from the region’s small breweries as well as Bottlehouse meads and ciders.

Craft Collective is a side project of The BottleHouse Brewery and Meadery. As a licensed brewery, Craft Collective will have on site 2 – 220 gallon oak foudres for aging sour beers, as well as, a variety of wine barrels for the same purpose. 30 taps will feature beer from the region’s small breweries many of which will only be served outside of their taprooms exclusively at Craft Collective. BottleHouse sour beers, meads and ciders will also be prominently featured. Signature cocktails, a curated selection of bourbon including a custom Craft Collective blend from Tom’s Foolery located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio wines, and heirloom ciders will also be on the menu.

Located in the Market Hall of the new Van Aken District in Shaker Heights, Craft Collective is designed to allow for patrons to purchase food from one of the market vendors and bring their food into our space to enjoy with friends over a pint of beer, a cocktail or glass of mead.
