Founder Story

Raul launched Cilantro in 2019 with a simple mission: to create a casual, community-focused taqueria where people could enjoy high-quality, affordable food in a fun and welcoming space. Drawing on his culinary roots and years of experience working in fast-casual restaurants, he set out to reimagine the taqueria experience with a modern, build-your-own twist, no shortcuts, no compromises.

The concept took off quickly, growing to multiple locations across Northeast Ohio while staying true to its local roots.
