VAD Presents: Shaker Breakers

NEW SERIES!

Kids will be introduced to Breakin’ – the first dance of Hip Hop culture. Our program will teach the foundational movements of the dance to give your kids the tools they need to be creative, build confidence, and have fun in a social environment.

They’ll learn to dance and freestyle by listening to the music.

OUR MISSION

Life has changed since we were kids. We didn’t have constant screens or binge-watching at our fingertips. We learned from social interactions and we learned how to earn respect.

We need to provide spaces for the next generation to grow through real-life experiences and challenges.

Our classes focus on building confidence, social skills, and the ability to thrive on the dance floor and beyond. We teach Breakin’ and how it can be applied in freestyle dance.

We don’t chase TikTok trends. We don’t do choreography. We teach freestyle because it empowers kids to express themselves, face challenges, and be ready for whatever life – or the DJ – throws their way.

For kids ages 5 and older. $20/class

SCHEDULE
Mondays 5pm-6pm
Wednesdays 5pm-6pm
Saturdays 11am-12pm

Please note there will not be a class Saturday March 15, 2025
