SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Van Aken District reached a new milestone this week with the grand opening of the Raye residential towers, now available for leasing. Developers at RMS Investment Corp. hailed the substantial completion of the 226 luxury apartments as their latest architectural gem.

District Gallery moving into larger space in Van Aken District
