WERQ Dance Fitness Class at The Van Aken District
Calling all dance enthusiasts and fitness fanatics! This summer, The Van Aken District is excited to partner with WERQ Dance Fitness for a 6-week dance fitness series that will get your heart pumping and your body moving.
WERQ Dance Fitness is the perfect way to:
• 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿! Learn fun and easy-to-follow routines inspired by popular music styles.
• 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁! This high-energy class combines dance moves with cardio for a total-body workout.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆! Meet new people and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Van Aken District.
The 6-week series will take place throughout July and August.
