Haute Donuts
“Haute” is defined as sophisticated, stylish, and artistic, which perfectly describes the type of donuts we craft.
What initially began as a weekend endeavor for Zach during the Covid era has evolved into what is now known as Haute Donuts. Zach formulated the dough recipe, which was then perfected by Alyssa. Just like their other collaborations, there were numerous discussions and iterations with each batch of dough until they were both content with the end result. Drawing upon her baking and pastry expertise, Alyssa creates the icings, glazes, and fillings, while Zach takes on the crucial role of the official taste tester.
Zach and Alyssa also own and operate Paloma and Gio’s Pastaria in the Van Aken District along with their Business Partner Carl Quagliata.
